The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and is completely painless. You may feel slight discomfort during the first few minutes when the anesthesia is applied. After the procedure, you may feel mild pressure that quickly subsides.

The number of grafts depends on the extent of hair loss and the quality of your donor area. The estimated number is determined by the doctor based on a trichological examination. The exact graft count is known only after extraction. It most commonly ranges between 3,500–4,500 grafts.
The basic healing period lasts approximately 7–10 days. You can return to normal daily activities a few days after the procedure; we recommend postponing more intense physical activity for 4 weeks after the procedure.
The first new hairs begin to appear approximately 3–4 months after the procedure. Visible improvement in density occurs around the 6th month. The final result is usually apparent after 9–12 months, in some clients up to 12–15 months.
Yes, transplanted hair comes from the donor area at the back of the head, which is not genetically prone to hair loss. The results are therefore permanent.
