Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") govern the mutual rights and obligations between the service provider MaxHair.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") in the provision of hair transplant services and related services.

These T&C apply to all services provided through the website www.maxhair.cz and other communication channels.

The Provider offers the following services:

• Hair transplantation (men, women)
• Beard transplantation
• Eyebrow transplantation
• PRP therapy
• Related services (consultation, travel arrangements, accommodation, transport)

All services are provided in Turkey at the MaxHair clinic in Istanbul.

3.1 Service Prices

All prices are listed in Czech crowns (CZK) including VAT, if VAT is applicable. Prices are indicative and may vary depending on individual client needs.

3.2 Payment

The Client is required to pay the service price in advance or as agreed with the Provider. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed method.

3.3 Cancellation Fees

In case of order cancellation by the Client:

• More than 30 days before the procedure: 100% deposit refund
• 15-30 days before the procedure: 30% cancellation fee
• Less than 15 days before the procedure: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days before the procedure: 100% cancellation fee

4.1 Consultation

The consultation is free of charge and can be conducted online (email, WhatsApp) or in person. During the consultation, the Provider will assess the suitability of the procedure and propose an individual plan.

4.2 Booking

The procedure booking is binding upon payment of the deposit or full amount as agreed. The Provider reserves the right to decline a procedure if it is not suitable for the Client.

5.1 Preparation

The Client is required to follow the Provider's instructions before the procedure (e.g., stop smoking, avoid certain medications, etc.).

5.2 Procedure

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and takes 6-8 hours depending on the scope. The Client can watch movies or rest during the procedure.

5.3 Post-Procedure

The Client will receive detailed instructions for post-operative care. The Provider offers free online follow-up consultations.

6.1 Warranty

The Provider guarantees the quality of the procedure and the use of proven methods. Transplanted hair is permanent and resistant to hair loss.

6.2 Liability

The Provider is not liable for complications caused by the Client's failure to follow instructions or for health complications that are not directly related to the procedure.

6.3 Complaints

In case of a complaint, contact the Provider within 30 days of the procedure. Complaints will be resolved individually.

The Provider processes the Client's personal data in accordance with the GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Detailed information about personal data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8.1 Changes to T&C

The Provider reserves the right to amend these T&C. Changes will be published on the website.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the parties commit to attempting out-of-court resolution. If they cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Turkey.

8.3 Validity

These T&C become effective on January 1, 2025 and apply to all orders placed from that date.
