Hair Transplant
for Women
Restoring hair density with a natural result. Individual plan and Czech-speaking support.
Hair loss in women
Female alopecia has a different cause than in men. A permanent solution exists.
Female alopecia
The most common form of hair loss in women is diffuse alopecia. It manifests as gradual thinning across the entire scalp, often due to hormonal or genetic factors.
Ludwig scale
The stages of hair thinning in women are assessed using the Ludwig scale, which distinguishes several phases from mild thinning to more significant density loss. A well-planned transplant enables natural densification of weakened areas.
Psychological impact
Hair thinning can significantly affect self-confidence and overall well-being. For women, it is often a sensitive topic that impacts both personal and professional life. Hair transplantation can help restore not only hair density but also a sense of confidence.
Permanent solution – Transplant
Hair transplant restores both density and a natural hairline. Advantage for women: techniques can be used without the need to shave the entire head.
Permanent solution
Transplanted hair comes from the occipital area of the head, which is resistant to hormonal hair loss. The result will last you a lifetime.
Your own hair
We exclusively use your own hair follicles from the donor area during transplantation. We do not use any synthetic materials.
Natural appearance
Transplanted hair looks like your own. Six months after the procedure, you can cut and style it without restrictions. The hairline is individually designed to look natural.
Who is the transplant suitable for?
We always assess each case individually. To achieve the best results, we recommend transplantation especially in the following cases:
Age
The procedure can be performed on adult clients. Age 25+ is an approximate threshold when hormonal development tends to be more stable. However, each case must be individually assessed.
Stabilized condition
Before the transplant, hair loss should be stabilized, which allows for planning a long-term natural result. For women, it is important to first treat hormonal or other medical causes of hair thinning.
Donor area
There should be sufficient hair density in the occipital area of the head. The quality of the donor area fundamentally affects the number of grafts extracted and the final result.
Hair transplant methods for women
We use the most modern DHI and Sapphire FUE methods. The DHI method is preferred for women due to precise hair densification and without the need for complete head shaving.

DHI method
Direct implantation of hair grafts using the Choi Implanter Pen
- Suitable for densification between existing hair
- Precise work with the hairline
- Ideal for small to medium areas

Sapphire FUE
Before implantation, channels are created with a sapphire blade into which the hair grafts are placed
- Suitable for larger areas
- Efficient with a higher number of grafts
- Sapphire blade instead of steel for greater gentleness and faster healing

How does the transplant work?
From the first consultation to the final result – step by step.
Consultation
The free initial consultation takes place online. Our medical consultant will evaluate your current condition, review photographs, and after consulting with the doctor in Istanbul, prepare an individual procedure plan including the recommended method and estimated number of grafts.

Preparation
Once the plan is approved, we will arrange all travel logistics – accommodation, transfers and other details. You will receive clear instructions for preparation, including recommendations regarding medication and scalp care.
Procedure
Upon arrival in Istanbul, our Czech-speaking representative will pick you up at the airport and will be available throughout your stay. This is followed by transfer to the hotel and check-in. The next day, the procedure is performed under local anesthesia. The entire process takes approximately 6–8 hours depending on the scope of the transplant.

Healing
In the following weeks after the procedure, healing and skin regeneration takes place. During this period, the transplanted grafts stabilize and gradually take root in the new area. We will provide you with detailed instructions for home care and proper hair washing.
Growth
Transplanted hair typically begins to grow after 3–4 months. Gradual thickening continues for several more months, with the final result visible approximately after 12–15 months. We stay in regular contact with you throughout and are available for any questions.

Frequently asked questions about hair transplant for women
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and is completely painless. You may feel slight discomfort for the first few minutes during anesthesia application. After the procedure, you may feel mild pressure that quickly subsides.
The duration of the procedure depends on the scope of the transplant and the number of grafts. It most commonly takes 6 to 8 hours. There are, of course, breaks for rest and refreshments during the procedure.
The first new hair begins to appear approximately 3-4 months after the procedure. Visible improvement in density occurs around the 6th month. The final result is usually visible after 9-12 months, for some clients up to 12-15 months.
Complete shaving of the entire head is not necessary for women in most cases. We plan the procedure to be as inconspicuous as possible and will always discuss the specific approach with you individually in advance. In the donor area, we only shave the part necessary for graft extraction. After the procedure, you will be able to cover this area with your existing hair.
With a properly performed procedure, existing hair is maximally protected. In some cases, temporary weakening of some original hair (so-called shock loss) may occur, but this is only temporary. We plan the techniques and execution of the procedure to minimize the risk of hair damage.
